陳實(shí),深圳市轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學(xué)研究院院長(zhǎng),深圳大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院(深圳市第二人民醫(yī)院)特聘教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。

入選美國(guó)微生物科學(xué)院院士、科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才,主持國(guó)家基金委杰出青年基金、重點(diǎn)國(guó)際合作項(xiàng)目、面上項(xiàng)目等,任科技部合成生物學(xué)重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)首席科學(xué)家。致力于化學(xué)生物學(xué)、微生物與生化藥學(xué)、合成生物學(xué)、mRNA疫苗與噬菌體治療方面的研究。

碩士畢業(yè)于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)生物技術(shù)本碩連讀班,博士畢業(yè)于上海交通大學(xué);

博士期間赴韓國(guó)高等科技學(xué)院進(jìn)行合作交流。

工作經(jīng)歷

先后在美國(guó)麻省理工學(xué)院和哈佛大學(xué)進(jìn)行博士后研究、武漢大學(xué)藥學(xué)院任教,曾任武漢大學(xué)藥學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)。

1.基因組修飾編輯與合成生物學(xué)

利用最新發(fā)展的合成生物學(xué)前沿技術(shù),對(duì)細(xì)胞、噬菌體或病原菌基因組進(jìn)行精確地鑒定、修飾和編輯,鑒定宿主對(duì)病毒或病原菌的防御機(jī)制,結(jié)合表觀遺傳學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、蛋白組學(xué)等,發(fā)展出特定設(shè)計(jì)的工程細(xì)胞或工程噬菌體,解析這些表觀遺傳學(xué)修飾或基因組改造對(duì)細(xì)胞生命活動(dòng)或?qū)Σ≡秩灸芰Φ挠绊懀㈥U明這些修飾或改造對(duì)超級(jí)耐藥菌的噬菌體療法中的潛在應(yīng)用。

2.創(chuàng)新藥物的設(shè)計(jì)與改造

依據(jù)藥物合成的機(jī)理及對(duì)病毒、神經(jīng)、腫瘤等重大疾病致病機(jī)理的認(rèn)識(shí),通過(guò)全面的病理分析,合理篩選并設(shè)計(jì)潛在藥物,并通過(guò)前沿技術(shù)合成生物學(xué)、基因組編輯、基因工程、蛋白質(zhì)工程、代謝工程及組合生物合成途徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改造,發(fā)展相應(yīng)的生物材料、創(chuàng)新藥物、mRNA疫苗和治療手段,以獲得性能改善并可應(yīng)用于臨床的創(chuàng)新藥物或疫苗。
